As a UX designer at Visa, I have worked across a range of B2B and B2C projects, designing for both web and mobile platforms. My experience spans from conceptual projects within the Global Crypto team at Visa to full product solutions for external clients. Additionally, I have designed API and white-label solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our products.

Collaboration is at the core of my work as I partner with cross-functional teams, including user researchers, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders. Together we analyze user data to build user-centered solutions that balance both business goals and usability.

I also emphasize storytelling and communication in my process. I facilitate workshops, present design concepts, prototypes, and presentations to stakeholders, fostering alignment and a shared understanding throughout the development cycle.
