In 2018, I interned at Bose Corporation as part of the UX Design team.

During my internship, I worked through user stories to design and wire-frame the onboarding and error user flows for the Bose Music mobile application.

I further worked with the user research team to conduct user interviews and studies on hardware prototypes to test usability and iterate on various hardware features for the NC700 headphones and voice-activated speakers.

Each project involved cross-collaboration with product managers, business partners & engineers to define and discuss product requirements.
